Our mission at Unity is simple: to create better access. Specifically, Unity identifies, catalyzes, and capitalizes on the most compelling, high-conviction investment opportunities.
When we founded Unity, our team had three key frustrations. First, we were tired of adverse selection, often seeing investment opportunities that others had already passed on. Second, we were frustrated by the opaque fee structures and misaligned incentives common in the investment industry. Third, we were unable to find high-quality tax advice that was optimized for post-tax investment returns. We knew that we deserved better.
Over time, Unity has evolved into a high-trust problem-solving network for high-net-worth individuals, private foundations, businesses, and family offices. Unity operates across three synergistic pillars:

Our dual identity as both investors and builders allows us to participate in exceptional opportunities and cross-pollinate meaningful relationships across our ecosystem.
Our investment business primarily focuses on asset-backed private credit opportunities in the U.S. By in-housing our origination network, underwriting team, and fund administration capabilities, we manage the entire investment experience from end to end, ensuring oversight, quality, and consistency. Selected for asymmetrical risk-reward and downside protection, our private credit deals are bespoke, privately negotiated, rigorously underwritten, and creatively structured.
Our tax service aims to deliver best-in-class U.S. tax and accounting services for globally connected individuals, families, and businesses. We launched Unity Tax to address a gap in the market: high-net-worth clients and businesses that need personalized, technical, and investment-aligned tax advisory that traditional firms are too rigid—or too limited—to provide.
Our advisory business evolved from our in-depth engagement with companies, investors, and founders within the Unity network. We recognize that business needs are multi-dimensional. Capital is only one of many dimensions. From giving strategic direction to optimizing operations, we wanted to be intricately involved in helping companies grow and develop their businesses.
